Well, I got the verdict.....small abdominal hernia off of my C-section incision. It has not herniated all the way through, thank goodness. I have to "take it easy", wear some support, and avoid lifting. "Take it easy"?!?!? Yeah, right. I'm a mom...I really can "take it easy".

Ugh...you really do need to take it easy!!
Make sure you get some rest! I know how hard it is being a mom, but let someone else jump in for a bit so you can recup!
Oh, I hope you feel better soon. Put those feet up! Us moms have to take care of ourselves so we can take care of everybody else!
